Enter through the tunnel into our hidden courtyard garden, flanked by the Stable Bar, then head upstairs to the Loft – once a Victorian hayloft, now a stylish cocktail lounge, balcony and party space with Drag and DJs every weekend.
Tucked away on Rupert Street in the heart of Soho, The Yard has been a home for good times since 1993. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Soho's own winter wonderland
Step through the tunnel and into Christmas at The Yard, where thousands of twinkling fairy lights, spectacular trees and decorations transform the entire venue. It's colourful, magical and like stepping into the fairytale world of Narnia.
The Yard is a great place to meet friends old and new, celebrate, party and soak up the atmosphere – from after-work drinks to full-on Christmas parties and big nights out.

From Victorian Stables to Soho LGBTQIA+ Heritage
Built in 1884 as Victorian stables, carriage houses and a hayloft, The Yard opened here on 2 June 1993 as The Courtyard and Loft – and has been part of Soho's LGBTQIA+ story ever since.
